You've explored the parts, you've learned the rules. Now, it's time to be the boss. 🧑‍🔬 This is your final challenge: design a robot from scratch! Pick a mission below, choose the right parts on our virtual workbench, and see your creation come to life. Let's build something awesome!

Safety Check: Builder's Code

We're about to work with awesome (virtual) electronics! When you build these in the real world, remember the code:

  • Power Down: Always unplug your project before changing wires.
  • Static is the Enemy: Touch a metal object (like a table leg) before handling a computer chip to safely discharge static electricity from your body.
  • Ask a Pro: Your parents are your partners. Always ask them for help when working with new tools or components!

Brain vs. Brain!

Before you choose your project, let's meet the two types of "brains" you'll be working with. One is a super-focused task master, and the other is a tiny-but-mighty computer. Knowing the difference is a robotics superpower! Watch this to see what makes them tick.

Give your plant a voice! Build a smart helper that can tell when your plant is thirsty. It will flash a light and beep to let you know it's time to water it. No more sad, droopy plants!

The Room Guardian
Your own personal room defender! It uses a smart sensor to spot intruders (like a sibling). When it detects motion, it snaps a picture and sends it to you over Wi-Fi. Busted!
